Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Patrick's on 2nd April 2008

1. Bank accounts solvent! Deposits will be made into both the fixed and current accounts on 4 April. All bills paid!

2. Songkran Run – No T-shirt! Free towel at signup! Come early for color selection.

3. Rags – Stock levels adequate! Ladies hash rags selling well! New generic T-shirt designs always welcomed! Good job – Free Willy.

4. Awards – Getting back on track slowly! T-shirt man is backlogged with Survivor shirts due to other heavy Songkran season printing. Mugs coming in slow but steady. Thanks – Free Willy.

5. Hares – There are many future run dates open now! New hares are always welcomed and encouraged! See Miserable C to sign up!

6.  Scribes – I would like to have 52 different scribes this year! So far we have had 14 different scribes! Remember, you receive 1 free run when you scribe! A special “thank you” to all past scribes!

7.  Norwegian and Aussie Run hares are working on the previously reported A-site problems! All is under their control and well in hand!

8.  Projected up coming events:  Sir Airheads – 1000th run – on track for 26 May. Sir Chicken F’rs – 850th run – on track for 26 May. Tadpoles – 300th run – on 14 Apr.

9. PH3 25th Anniversary Run – 5 January 2009. An anniversary T-shirt design is needed for this run. Design is needed before 3 November! Winning design will be awarded: 1 free T-shirt and 2 free runs! Submit your design early!

10. Bus location for Songkran Run will be normal area on 2nd road.

11. Bus departure time will remain at 3:30 and not change this year!

12. Donations for the raffle will be accepted anytime! A sincere “thank you” to all hashers who have previously made donations!

13. The Betty Boop Run may have a completely different theme this year! Watch for upcoming details.
