Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Patrick's on 2nd July 2008

1. Bank accounts solvent! All bills paid!

2. Rags – New generic T-shirt designs always welcomed! Military green T-shirts are at the printers awaiting printing.

3. Awards – Only 3 mug behind as of this time. Survivor shirts are behind because of printer.

4. Hares – New hares always welcomed/encouraged! See Miserable C to sign up!

5. Scribes – Still on track to have 52 different scribes this year! So far, 28 different scribes! Remember, 1 free run when you scribe!

6.  Aussie Run is on track! No problems at the present time! All is under control! T-shirt design is done and to the printer.

7.  PH3 25th Anniversary Run – 5 January 2009. An anniversary T-shirt design is needed for this run. Design is needed before 3 November! Winning design will be awarded: 1 free T-shirt and 2 free runs! Submit your design early!

8.  Hares needed for the 25th Anniversary Run on 5 January 2009.

9. Donated items for the raffle will be accepted anytime! Give items to Free Willy.

10. Only “Hash hats” and/or hats christened/blessed by past/present GM’s are allowed in the PH3 circle.

11. Web site has been paid for the next 6 months. (Until Dec 08.)

12. The PH3 is a “stand-up” hash! If you have a medical problem and/or injuries that prevents you from doing this – see the GM and/or Sir Frog.

13. Bus Driver problems! If there are any problems with the “hash bus” or the bus driver, let the GM or Sir Frog know immediately!

14. Adventure Run scheduled for 11 August has been rescheduled for 25 August. Veterans Run scheduled for 1 September is a free run for all who qualify!

15. I would like to thank all of the volunteers who have helped the GM and Mis-Management Committee during the past 6 months. F’n Dog and the Scandi Group always pitch-in and help the PH3! Thanks, guys and gals!
