Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 4th February 2009

1. Bank Accounts: Solvent! All bills paid!

2. Awards – on track/up to date! See Free Willy if you are due an award within 3 more runs!

3. Hares – Always needed! If you want to hare a special date this year, contact Festering Streaker.

4. PH3 cash count/mismanagement meetings are held at Jameson’s. Cash meetings are held each Wednesday at 4 PM. Mismanagement meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 4 PM. All hashers are welcome!

5. Scribes are always needed. It’s a once a year job that only takes a minimum of time to do! 1 free run for a scribe!

6. Hash Sheets – Available weekly at: Cash meeting, Jameson’s, TQ1, Dao Café, Thistle Bar, and Patrick’s Restaurant. Always available on the PH3 website 24/7.

7.  Rags: towels, beer condoms, and 25 Anniversary shirts on order. Next T-shirt run, 16 March.

8. A question was raised about circle time limits. Many factors control the circle time: bus arrival time, signups, length/time of run, circle start time, normal hash business (awards, returners, leavers, virgins), how many different RA’s available to entertain, how much fun individual’s are having, how long it takes to get back to town and to the On-On venue, etc. etc. Normal circle time averages between:  1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. There is “no set time”!

9. A question was raised about sitting in the circle. 500+ run runners may sit; injured individuals may sit with the approval of the GM.

10. The GM made the decision to allow hats - “only hash hats” - to be worn in the circle.

11. The GM asked “if additional T-shirt runs and/or other special occasion runs should be added”! If you have any idea for a special run, talk to the GM!

12. Spaghetti Head is coordinating with the Hua Hin Hash for a combined “Border to Border Odyssey of Endurance”– bike and run! This is tentatively scheduled for the October time frame!
