Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 5th Aug 2009

1. Bank Accounts: Solvent! One outstanding bill as of today – for Evolution Shirts! This will be paid on Tuesday, 11 August. Bank balances remain the same from last month (no deposits and/or withdrawals).

2. Awards: SCF’r has the awards about completely caught up to date! One mug is currently on order; and approximately eight “Survivor” run shirts will be placed on order this week! There are four awards “on hand” to be presented when individual’s return to Pattaya.

3. Hares are always needed for upcoming Monday runs! See Hell Boy, if you wish to hare a run!

4. Veteran’s Run: Hares are needed for the Veteran’s Run on 7 September. This is a “free run” for those who qualify!  Check the “Hash sheet” to see if you qualify! No special T-shirt!

5. Aussie Run: Kam and the Aussie Gang did a great job, again this year, on the Aussie Run! The “Care For Kids” representative “expressed his thanks to the PH3” for their assistance! T-shirts are still available at the rags table! See Sir Spaghetti Head for your “Hash Haberdashery”!

6. Hash Rags: The new/revised “Evolution” shirt has been received, in white and grey, and is now available! Drop by the rags rack and check for your size! A new/revised “Thailand Hash Map” T-shirt will be placed on order shortly!

7. A HASH RAG SALESPERSON IS NEEDED! Sir Spag will relinquish the position at the end of the year and/or as soon as a volunteer replacement is found!

8. Additional topics of discussion: Free Run Tickets: The additional option of “free run tickets” was considered and will be added to and/or combined in the current awards program. The awards committee individual – SCF’r will handle this!
