Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 5th November 2008

1. Bank accounts solvent!

2. T-shirts: We will only print one T-shirt design during the upcoming Christmas holiday period. The design will be the PH3 25th Anniversary design. The designs will be available on both a T-shirt and a polo shirt.

3. Awards – on track. The T-shirt man has finally caught up with the backlog of survivor T-shirts!

4. Hares – Hares are needed for 22nd December.

5. Scribes – Recent scribe reports have been informative and enlightening! A hardy “well done” to all scribes! 1 Free run for a scribe. Volunteer!

6.  PH3 25th Anniversary Run – 5 Jan. 2009. T-shirt designs have been submitted to the T-shirt man for printing. The designs were made by Lone Wolf and approved by the Mismanagement Committee.

7.  Beer Truck - The new hash truck is now being used. Hash truck rental fee is 1000 baht, plus gas, plus cleaning. A current Thai driver's license is required. Contact Bottomless Pit!

8. PH3 cash count/mismanagement meetings are now held at Jameson's. Cash meetings are held each Wednesday at 4 PM. Mismanagement meeting is held the first Wednesday of each month at 4 PM. All hashers are welcome!

9. At the present time: Apart from The Dao Cafe which as pulled out, all other On-On Bars, Restaurants, Go-Go's will remain the same. Welcome back - Jasmine Hotel and BJ's A-Go-Go! We will continue to run with 7 on-on sponsored establishments for 2009. Please support our sponsors.

10. The AGM run is scheduled for 26 January 2009. If you are interested in joining the Mismanagement Team submit your name to Spag. Head. Many Mismanagement positions are open – apply early!
