Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Patrick's on 6th August 2008

1. Bank accounts solvent! No recent deposits/withdrawals.

2. Rags – New generic T-shirt designs wanted.

3. Awards – Awards and survivor shirts are coming in steadily. Free Willy continues to check with our suppliers for received items.

4. Hares – New hares always welcomed/encouraged! See Miserable C to sign up!

5. Scribes – Still on track to have 52 different scribes for the year. Many of the last scribe reports have been outstanding! Remember, 1 free run for a scribe.

6.  Adventure Run is on track! This could be a real adventure! Many twists, turns, bumps, hills, and water. With these hares, anything is possible! An allowance has been approved for this run and will be monitored by the GM as he is one of the hares!

7.  PH3 25th Anniversary Run – 5 January 2009. T-shirt design and hares needed.

8.  Beer Truck - The beer truck is “For Sale” by sealed bid! Bids to be opened at the cash meeting 20 August. Minimum bid is 60,000 baht!

9. New beer truck – We are very close to buying a new beer truck! When purchased, it will be updated with additional lighting, electrical, and protection systems. A maximum cost limit has been established for purchase/updating.

10. Reminder – The Mismanagement meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, at 4 PM, Patrick’s Restaurant. Your attendance and inputs are vital to the proper running of the PH3. Attend and be heard! We need to know what “YOU” want!
