Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Patrick's on 6th February 2008

1. Rags:  A stock inventory has been recently completed. Current stock levels are considered adequate at this time. Additional items are being ordered and purchased on a scheduled basis! New generic shirts are on order and should arrive within the next 7-10 days.

2. Bank: Bank accounts solvent, all bills are paid for 2007 making a fresh start for 2008.

3. Virgin Shirts: The current practice of Virgins purchasing shirts at sign up was eliminated by unanimous vote.

4. Special Runs: The following Special Runs will continue: AGM Run, St Paddy's Run, Songkran Run, Norwegian Run, Betty Boop Run, Aussie Run, Adventure Run, Halloween Run, Loy Krathong Run, Christmas-New Year (combined). The Veterans Run will provide a Free Run for those hashers attending 26 or more runs since the previous Veterans run, but will not be a T-shirt Run.

5. Children: Hashers under 18 Years who have 500 runs, will be named Master (Boys) and Princess (Girls).

6. PH3 25th Anniversary: On January 7th 2009 The Pattaya Hash will celebrate its 25th Anniversary! A combined holiday hashing weekend (3-5 January 2009) is being planned together with the Bush and Jungle hashes. Additional information will be published in The Weekly PH3 hash sheet and online on the PH3, Bush and Jungle web sites.
