Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 6th May 2009

1. A proposal was made, by Sir Frog, that the PH3 do an “Outstation Run” on the weekend of 22-23 August. Details of the run will be forthcoming! Participants will be limited to the total bus seating capacity at this time! Sir Frog is the coordinator for this event! This proposal was unanimously accepted and passed!

2. The GM, Free Willy, recommended that hats only be allowed to be worn around the standing circle area (not inside the circle). No hats would be worn inside the circle and/or while sitting on the ice! This item was discussed at length and amended as follows:  Only past GM’s of the Pattaya H3 would be allowed to wear their hats inside the circle and on the ice! This proposal was unanimously accepted and passed!

3.  Award Mugs: The GM has one mug in-hand, one mug is awaiting pick-up, and the remaining approximately 17 mugs (which are outstanding) will be placed on order this week!

4. A proposal was made by Emperor Airhead, that the entire award process/structure be reviewed for possible change. Awards are the largest expense, and the most time consuming expense, that the PH3 incurred week to week and month to month! A very lengthy/vocal discussion ensued with the following result!

From this date, 6 May 2009, awards would be: Individuals would receive a mug for their 1st 50        runs!   Awards for 100, 200, 300 runs, etc. – All individuals would receive a wooden plaque and one embroidered polo style shirt! NO awards would be given for 150, 250, 350 runs etc!  Hares would receive the standard 5 hare hat! For all 10, 20, 30 hared runs the individual would receive one embroidered polo style shirt!  The old “Survivor” T-shirt and “I’ve Hared XX” T-shirts would no longer be ordered!  This proposal was unanimously accepted and passed!

5. Bank accounts are solvent! A deposit was made to the current account on 6 May. All bills presented have been paid! No outstanding bills!

6. Betty Boop Run: A discussion about the proper attire for the upcoming Betty Boop Run and who should receive a free run for being “properly dressed” resulted in the following proposal: The free run for the Betty Boop Run should be discontinued! 
Again, after a lengthy discussion this proposal was unanimously accepted and passed! A suggestion was made that only individuals “properly dressed” would receive raffle tickets for many new prizes. This suggestion was unanimously accepted and passed!
