1. Jesters Care For Kids Day: Pattaya H3 'STAND' arranged with the GM to sell food (2500 B stand rental). Free Willy will be selling t-shirts (1500 B stand rental). Also a PH3 banner will be made for Sunday.

2. Hash Bars: Many Hash Bars stop laying food because of low attendance. We keep the Hash Bars going but cancel all food until December.

3. Pre Amble to Interhash Run: PH3 is trying to connect with The Bush H3 to make a joint Run and T-shirt together. Hares Spaghetti Head & Really Sadistic Bastard.

4. New Sign up: Commencing Monday October 2nd. All sign ups will be done at the a-site and the bus departure time will be 1500 hrs from 2nd Road between Soi 13 and Soi Yamoto. Runs will commence at 1700 hrs.

5. Rags Stock: New hats, 50 generic to sell and 10 (5 Hared) ones made.

6. Beer Truck: Table and car fixed and tax paid for 2006/2007.

7. Bank Accounts: Healthy. GM withdrawn 20,000 Baht to pay for t-shirts, hats and brewer.

8. Halloween run: This years Halloween run as been cancelled.

9. KIDS: Keep the kids out of the circle. Kids and Drunks don't mix.

10. T-shirts: No more T-shirts for Special Runs will be made without supervision from the mismanagement.
