Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 7th January 2009

1. Bank accounts solvent! No outstanding bills.

2. Awards – on track/up to date! See Free Willy if you are due an award within 3 more runs!

3. Hares – needed for 2 Feb and 9 Feb. If you want to hare a special date this year, contact Festering Streaker. Plan ahead! Sign up early to ensure your choice!

4. PH3 cash count/mismanagement meetings are now held at Jameson’s. Cash meetings are held each Wednesday at 4 PM. Mismanagement meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 4 PM. All hashers are welcome!

5. Scribes for the run/trail area are always needed. It’s a once a year job that only takes a minimum of time to do! Help your hash – signup to scribe! Remember 1 free run for a scribe.

6. The AGM run is scheduled for 26 January! Many positions are open on the mismanagement list! Get involved – you just might enjoy it! See Spaghetti Head.

7.  Hash Sheets – Available weekly at: Jameson’s, TQ1, Dao Café, Thistle Bar, and Patrick’s Restaurant. Always available on the PH3 website 24/7.

8. 25th Anniversary – The PH3 mismanagement would like to thank everyone who participated in the 25th Anniversary Run along with the combined “Holiday Hashing Weekend”! All Pattaya Hashes enjoy an increase in attendance! All runs were well planned and coordinated. The entire Pattaya Hashing community should be proud of their efforts in making these events a combined success!
