Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 7th July 2010.

1. Finances:  Ph3 running at a small loss at the moment, cost cutting measures to be implemented to maintain run fees as they are.

2. Awards:  Ph3 will pay for 50 run mugs and survivor shirts for every 100 runs. Other awards such as plates mugs etc, will become optional. If you want one, you pay for it yourself.

3. Beer truck:  Wood ordered to repair truck bed.

4. Hares:  It is recommended that hares hang up paper when marking trail where practicable as this minimises the amount of paper required.
