Points discussed at the Mis-management Meeting
 Held in Jameson's on 7th Oct 2009

1.Bank Accounts: Solvent! No outstanding bills! Bank balances remain the same from last month (no deposits and/or withdrawals).

2.Awards: All awards are up-to-date or ordered! Three T-shirts are on order.

3. Hares are always needed! Put your name on Hell Boy’s list if you haven’t hared a run in a long time! Or you may find yourself on the GM’s “special list”!

4.Loy Kratong Run: Will be held on 2 November this year!  The mismanagement decided that males or females can hare this run! Prizes for the “Best Dressed” and “Most Beautiful Kratong” will be awarded. Kratong’s must be made of natural material! No plastic or styrafoam will be allowed.  A T-shirt design for this run is in work!

5.Hash Rags: Sir Spag is ordering more “small” size shirts for the ladies and children.

6.A HASH RAG SALESPERSON IS NEEDED! Sir Spag will relinquish the position at the end of the year and/or as soon as a volunteer replacement is found!

7.Raffle Prizes: Raffle prizes will be displayed near the sign-up/rag sales area after the run and prior to the 2nd circle. Raffle sales have been great lately! Many individuals have donated prizes for the raffle! The mismanagement would like to thank all who have donated prizes.

8.Beer Truck: The beer truck has completed maintenance service. If you are considering using the beer truck for any future running events – check with Bottomless Pit to verify if it is available.

9.Sign-ups: An “Express Line” will be used for future sign-ups. If you have run on the previous weeks run – “use the Express Line”. If you are a sponsor for a virgin – please have their proper name written down prior to getting to the table! You don’t know how dumb it sounds when you turn to the lady and say – “what’s your name”!

10.Next Mismanagement Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 4 November 2009.
