1. Starting with the new year we need to put all our past problems behind us. All members of the mis-management should attend this once a month meeting.

2. Flying Frog will continue as GM for 1 year with an optional 1 year if there are no others wishing to seek this office. In the high season he will have to leave early because of his restaurant duties. Sir Chicken Fucker & Seaman Stains will share the GM's role 50% each.

3. Mis-management changes: Poncho will step down as hash cash after the AGM run, volunteers are welcome.

4. You can make the hash better & all new ideas are welcome.

5. Better communications between the HHH & our happy hour bars, we'll notify the bars as to how many (estimate) will be coming.

6. Special runs 2006, stay the same until the next/new mis-management officially takes over.

7. Others; We need new T-shirt ideas & a good lady to assist us in shopping for the ladies clothing items. There may also be a social event on the beach soon for all of our Pattaya hashers.
