1. Rags; Low at present time but we have asked the ladies for some new ideas and   they are checking. In general we're seeking 'new ideas & new designs'.

2. Truck; the PH3 is buying a new box for storage. (again)

3. Low but steady income & the high season should help us increase our funds.

4. Need a temporary flash for next week as Poncho will be one of the hares.

5. Move time back on Nov.7th. & bus will leave at 3:30 p.m., sign-ups will be 2:45 to 3:20 p.m.

6. Advance of 1,000 baht for next weeks run. This means that any food items now come from the hares & the mismanagement team.

7. Follow Wank-Kings advice on continue cost cutting (examples)

    a. Less photos

    b. Less t-shirts

    c. Various cheaper raffle prizes 1. Sexy lady panties & 2. Special beers.
