1. Wank-King's Rags; We are waiting for some more to come in. Generic items seem a little slow. Also last month the GM asked the ladies to come up with new ideas. We are still waiting!

2. Bottomless Pit-Beer Truck; To buy 3 new storage boxes for HHH supplies.

3. GM; Bank deposits coming soon with the high season.

4. GM; Map board at the Scandi, once again hares last week used a permanent marker! Same as the Aussie Run. 'Come on guys' We have white board markers at the Scandi and all you need to do is ask the cashier. Also a new clipboard to hang the HHH news.

5. Peler; New accounting ideas/Receipts a must.

    A. Raffle - Check costs vs. intake = Profit

    B. Rags - Check costs vs. intake = Profit

    C. Beer Truck - Ok as is.

6. Poncho; Maintain various items in the raffle to keep our costs down. With regards to the raffle lady, its ok to ask her what/how many you want. It's all for a good cause 'The PH3 Run'. We all need to help the raffle lady.
