Well another Monday again, not too long a drive to Paradise Villa Road to the a-site. Very nice a-site but the hares should have cut the grass, it was that strawy that sticks in your socks and unless you have a maid, girlfriend or wife who gives them to the maid, your socks are f#&.,d, but we are hashers and we don't care about that. We had new shoes, for those that can afford them, have you seen how much new shoes there are? You would have to be rich like King Yao Yao to buy some. The Queen says she has a new pair every week, shoes or knickers? Today's hares Peler, Arse-a-holic and Barbie Doll tell us about the run, a long and short run and off we go. The Frog leading the pack, he was hopping along with a Frenchman and V.V., no doubt after the Frogs succulent legs, but he was too quick for those French speaking up stars. We had good checks and Ft's and some boggy bits. I had The Queen on my back at one stage of the run to keep her shoes dry, but who am I to mess with royalty. She's usually on the Kings back. Eventually I made it back to the a-site. Time for some sandwiches, hot dogs and ice cold beer, what more could we want? (Well ten million in the bank and a brand new car maybe). Another good turn out 111 runners. There would have been more. I understand Needle Dick and girlfriend got lost not finding the a-site. Nice to see some old faces and everybody mingling. Form a circle shouted the GM Charlie Manson. Sunflower on in for the raffle, lots of lovely prizes, I would have taken the beers or the free run ticket but I got fuck all, maybe next week? GM calls in the hares, everyone thought it was a good run, well done hares. Another bunch from Okinawa on in, they sang us a few songs, well done lads. Only one RA left today, myself! Sir Airhead was not feeling too good so left the circle early. Ice for Charlie Manson, the lovely Sharon Tate had come back. Charlie had been faithful to his wife, he did not see any other girls, but there were plenty of Katoys leaving his house in the early morning? T4 was iced for not buying the sausages for myself. Chicken Nugget and Chicken legs. We waited until the BBQ had died away and went to bed hungry and where was T4, he was with his new girlfriend playing 'hide the sausage' and of course she got named Hide The Sausage. E.T. on ice because he is E.T. but years ago put himself down as a leaver, when he was going to Chonburi and he is a schoolteacher, they have given a 4 month long service on full pay, it's really to keep him away from the kids. It was Flying Frogs 350th run, well done, but he had to leave early to get ready for Tadpole's birthday Party. Happy birthday Tadpole. Seaman Stains sang the hares song then the hash hymn and then it was off to TQ 1 and then on to Patrick's for Tadpoles birthday party. It was good to see our new beer truck people Seaman Stains and Bottomless Pit getting very organised, well done lads. So its good night from me and see you all next week.
