Ever since that now long dead mosquito (female naturally) while happily sucking on me to feed her young blessed me with Malaria I have had a chronic aversion to rain. Like love and the form of Leyton Orient it gives me a headache and my bed beckons. It seemed the Gods had conspired (as they so often do) to deprive me of the honour of scribing on the 1111 run. Let's face it none of us will be around for the 2222 run. Except perhaps Uncle Fester and myself as only the good die young. Well proof that the sun shines on the righteous the sun does finally get his hat on and its "hip hip hip hooray" and off to the A-site for a piece of PH3 history. It transpires our intrepid hares Wank-King and the ever present Tampax are shifting the A-Site after the run. Brave boys.
Circle called and shoes blessed its off out into the not so wild blue yonder. Various injuries and infections prevent me from completing the run but after a couple of kilometres we all get the drift. Basically a path run which as some of the returning FRB's maintain was a good one hour walk if you ran it.
Few minutes to wind down then the assembled multitude proceed in an orderly stampede to a Jomtien hotel for food laid on for hashers, red ants and mosquito's alike on the beach front. I personally stand back awhile and admire the scum rolling into the shore.
Circle called and King Leopold ices the hares where the well fed faithful agree it was a good run. Sir Airhead takes the reigns to ice the dastardly duo again to declare "The people will forgive you anything if you feed them"... Even the mundane and uninspired special 1111 T-shirt.!!!. Spaghetti Head and Singapore Sucker get called in and it is decided that they will keep their hash shit. Then Hercule Poiroit deals with the visitors and hands out new hash trash to a virgin Marc Vacheron before handing over to his beloved "ex" Tadpole. Foot note here people. If Tadpole and Flying Frog are officially separated but are still business partners does this make them ex-partners but still partners or still partners but now ex-partners ???) Anyway Tadpole ices Sir Fester for dropping his kecks in front of her on the run to attend to the call of nature.
Virgins and sponsors dealt with and Big Nosed Bastard and Harry Potter receive wet bottoms as the afore mentioned still manages to catch Dengue fever even after listening to Harry Potters warning speech on the dangers of it.
Peler has some ice power and after we all wake up Eddie Mercx does the honours for Ringworm who sends him garbled pseudo-sexual text messages late at night. Ringworm does that to me only its normally about Leyton Orient. For some that constitutes a sex life. SCF takes the helm to ice Peler who has not come up with a suitable present for SCF achieving his 700 run milestone. Myself and I then get iced as someone kamoyed my outlet catalogue of adult relaxation and evening wear. SCF shows it around the circle and many of the cracks get quite turned on and suitably aroused when they take a sneak peek. I'm available for christening and Barmitzvers girls. Anniversary's: Wank-King achieves 5 hares and F-Dog is presented with his ten hare shirt. SCF sings his own version of Batchelor Boy for the hares song before the Mismanagement are called in to finish off the down downs. All in all an adequate effort by the hares. Hash Hymn duly strangled then its off to Jameson's for more noshing which in personal abstention I will assume was the normal excellent fare. If I have forgotten anyone my apologies.
