Bookie Report: The hash accounts are stable. Some extraordinary expenses were incurred – redesign of Website, the Social Day on the Beach, and AGM sponsorship (towels) resulted in net outgoings of ~14,000 Baht. Absent these costs, run would have had a substantial gain. We should tighten up over the next month to absorb these extra expenses.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Next named run – St Paddy’s Day Run – 18th Mar 2013. The hares are not requesting sponsorship for the run. Mental Disorder, representing hares said that the hares have some surprises for us but they will handle extra cost.
• Agreed limited sponsorship for Valentine’s Day Run next week similar to previous practice. Bottomless Pit will purchase roses to be given to the attending ladies and girls. Estimated Cost – 1000 Baht.

Other Business:
• Grand Master Scar w/ 2t's is out of town so Joint Master Wank-king's Wanker chaired the meeting.
• V.V. indicated that he is not getting enough support at the ’Café’. He is barely, or even slightly below, break even and will discontinue if decline continues. We will try to talk up the food in the circle.
