Bookie Report: Finances are okay, we are down because of 30 years party, but by keeping a strict budget, we hope to recover in a couple of years. The bookie J going to change bank for us, due to hidden fees that was not agreed or told to us.

Webmaster Report: Webmaster have had some problems with open new 2014 folder, going to be sorted this week.

Brew Master Report: no report

Hare Raiser Report: The Hares have to make a hand drawn or a digital map along with driving instructions to the webmaster at least 10 days before.; Hares - Hares please spray both side of the stick on checks, so they are visible when we brake the check and turn it in to an arrow.

Rags Report: no report

On-on Bars Report: The On On bars will come down to only one in the low season, which one is yet to be determined.

Other Business:
• Bus - We got a buss update from Airhead, the monks still looking for a new driver and he will go and have a meeting with again on Saturday. Hash bus(es) will go to the On On bar first, then back to pick up point. Incoming mail - We got 2 -emails, one from Pig Pushing Swine Stabber, and one from Sir Free Willy. PPSS ask about the social day out/beach party, it will be on 29 March. Veterans run is up to the hares to sponsor a shirt. The group photo from 30 years anniversary run can be purchased as a printed photo only, size and price to be agreed on, A4-size 200B.
• Sir Free Willy is worried that the new form of monthly meetings by only mismanagement will not be transparent and lead to a secret meetings. Not to worries, al we discuss is reported here, and all you want to be discussed you send me an email, or hand me a note on the run.
