Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Scribe Report by Hellboy (RIP)

Before I start the scribe, I have to make the note that our Big hash event on the 2nd of February 2013 is cancelled ..... The plan was that all gms would hare a run and afterwards have a big hash party ..... But it became different than expected, the Bush and the Jungle hash gms have not even replied to personal e-mails. So I have decided to cancel this event ... I only feel sorry for our hash community because I had the feeling that everybody except a few arrogant pig headed fellows liked that idea.

Thats now the scribe ...
I arrived at the beautiful a-site, after I got lost for 20 mins, not enough hash signs, but a unique and virgin a-site. After having a shat with several hashers, I called the first circle, dealt with virgins, the hares informed about the run, and off we are .... Yes I also start running, but after one kilometer my back starts hurting and I went back, and saw sir arsehopper and sir dog drinkung hashbeer, and not even the short cutting bastards have been in ..... shame on u SIRS ...... I calles the second sircle, hares on the ice, and everybody mentioned that it was a beautiful run ..... Riffletime, Emperor Airhead and me want the same price a stupid pillow, but Liberace won it, but donated it back ... He want make a stupid walk competition between Airhead and Me, be we all decided that missing link is the winner of that diciplin ..... Missing Link got the pillow, but he handed it over to me .... Sorry my Empereon 1 to 1 now. One fellow got a new name Camel Humper ..... Wankings Wanker our new Join Master got the circle and he dealt with all Paperwork material .... After that I had to leave to work, and end now .... CU all next week .....
