Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

The AGM Run #1560

At the New Pick-up Point  outside the Buffalo Bar, Songtaos where waiting to pick up the Hashers. No Johnny TRa –La-La looks like really has finished this time. But the story going round is the Head Buddha (who said head) has said “  give me a couple of weeks and l will find a new driver”. Time will tell ?

Arriving at one of our favourite “A”  sites in Pallet Lane, good parking, no holes to fall into in the dark very civilized.

Before the circle started ESTONIAN FUCKER was wearing a white doctor’s coat and getting all and sundry to sign it, apparently he was going back to Russia (Thank God for small mercy’s).

SCAR WITH TWO T'S calls the circle and brings in the 5 virgins  to give them a down down.

Todays Hares; SCAR WITH TWO T'S and WANK-KING'S WANKER  came into the circle to explain the run. No Dogs, No Cattle, No Barbed wire, as if we believed them. Of to look for paper. We have got to give it to the Hares , The run was well set plenty of checks ,the right length about 6 km, no cockups on trail or Hash crashes. Looks like l get the toilet seat another week.

The GM  brought in the old Missmanagement Team to Thank them, Then brought in the New Team to introduce the. Same  Same but different.

SIR BOTTOMLESS PITT started the  raffle.

Winners this week GENERAL KIDNEY WIPER, JAY LEE, NATALIA BEKEEVA, CRAPPER, CRACK MY COCCYX, CHEAPER THAN MEME, RASPUTIN, TRY-A-FUCK, TINY ANAL TORPIDO.

EMPEROR AIRHEAD ices the Hares and everyone agreed  it was a good run. Then  brings in the virgins to find out where they came from, 3 from Russia, 1 from Australia, and 1 from Germany .

He then ices one of the Russians and gives him a new hash-name; ESTONIAN FUCKWIT, good choice.

WANK-KING'S WANKER then calls in the award winners to collect their awards. FUZZY LURE 100 Runs, MARATHON MAN 100 Runs,  REAR GUNNER 200 Runs, SQUEEZE MY TUBE 300 Runs.

SIR SPAGETTIHEAD came into the circle as he wanted to give an End of The Rear Award to SIR MISERABLE CUNT as he was leaving us.

Next Week The Hares CHEAPER THAN MEME and V.V are putting on a barbecue for us.
