Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. Scar investigated the possibility of staging a beach party but current restrictions make it unfeasible at this time.

Bookie Report: No report.

Webmaster Report: The new website is up and running and the old site will no longer be updated. Everything seems to be working well but members are requested to report any glitches or errors directly to the webmaster. There has been a huge effort to get the new website ready so quickly, massive thanks to PS and DL for their efforts and ongoing work

Brew Master Report: Tax and inspection on the truck has been renewed without problem; VV has also procured a new large eskie which replaces 2 of the smaller older ones previously in use. A hook has been added to the lighting rig allowing DL to hang the coin collection jar with considerably greater ease. Everything is in good shape, no problems to report.

Hare Raiser Report: June's hairline is now open. There are 2 spots available before then, April 26 and May 17. VV mentioned that he had heard complaints of members haring more than once per month, which has been the guideline for some time. However with the lack of visitors we all concurred that this rule should be overlooked. Imposing restrictions at this time would be counter-productive. We are most grateful and dependant on members that give their time and effort to hare for us. Such complaints should always be directed to the GM and/or the committee as a whole rather than to individual committee members.

On-on Bars Report: No report

Upcoming Special Runs:
• St George's day run: SP has procured sponsorship for this run, final plans to be agreed ASAP. Pre-ordered shirts have also been made available and 6 extra have been purchased for rags.
• Scotch on the Rocks run: confirmed date May 24th, Dirt Looney lead hare. No sponsorship request.
• PH3 Outstation: progressing smoothly and under control. A commerorative shirt design was approved by the committee. It was also agreed that any excess alcohol, purchased by the organiser, Pole Fucker, as a contingency should normal supplies run out, would be bought back by the club at cost price. Excess beers that have been purchased by PF from monies obtained by sign up fees for the run would be given to the club at no charge.
• We were informed that PJH3 were organising a weekend long agenda of hash events in the last weekend of April, that may attract visitors from outside of the region which may result in us having a higher than expected attendance that weekend.

Other Business:
• VV: requested permission to purchase a new BBQ (expected cost c500 baht), agreed.
• DL: requested permission to buy an additional SD card for the camera, agreed
• Scar: enquired when the 2000th run would be as he would make travel arrangements to ensure his attendance. Currently scheduled to be late next year, but the Covid situation means this remains flexible should we be forced to miss more runs.
• TW: asked for ideas as what to do with the stock of plain white t shirts that we have. Transfer printing so far has been of poor quality. Scar said he would ask Super Virgin who has transfer printing options that may be better and PF suggested embroidering the logo at a cost he believed of around 56/60 baht per shirt. Options will be investigated.
• VV: thanked the committee for the awards he recieved recently to mark his 200th hared run. TW thanked VV for his tireless efforts haring and working as Beer Masteei
