Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. DL has not yet purchased another SD card for the camera but will do so soon. The plain white T shirts have not yet been embroidered, but again, will be done soon.

Bookie Report: No report was submitted as there has been little activity since the last meeting. However, Liberace had to return to Norway at short notice and handed over the accounts and cash to TW. A long-term volunteer to take over Hash Cash is required, in the mean time PS has volunteered to take on the task. With the absence of Liberace and Emperor Airhead from Pattaya, who are 2 of the 3 signatories for the main account, a discussion regarding adding other signatories to the account took place. TW will visit the bank to find out what steps need to be taken to do this.

Webmaster Report: PS reported that the website was up to date and fully functional after experiencing a minor problem a few weeks earlier.

Brew Master Report: VV told the meeting that the beer truck was in good shape after recent repairs (6000b) and that insurance was due at the end of October. However, he was concerned that the stock of beer may soon pass its expiry date, suggestions for its disposal are welcome.

Hare Raiser Report: SP reported that hares are ready and willing to lay trails as and when we resume hashing normally. In the meantime, we continue to lay Nosh trails and volunteers are required to assist with this. Those that have been laying Nosh trails were thanked for their ongoing efforts.

Rags Report: No report submitted; Sour Kraut Bone Collector has resigned from his position on the committee but agreed to fulfil rags duties for a few weeks after we resume to allow us time to find a replacement. Another volunteer is required.

On-on Bars Report: No report. The position of On On bar liaison was previously filled by Liberace, SP has agreed to take over until another replacement can be found.

Upcoming Special Runs: Nothing can be confirmed at this time, however Octoberfest is definitely cancelled for this year and a broad agreement was made to hold the Veteran’s Run soon after we resume.

Other Business:
• Flatulence, who looked after sign ups, has left Pattaya on a permanent basis and relinquished his position on the committee, Mount Me has volunteered to take over sign ups. Dirt Looney agreed to take over On Site Records until Mount Me is fully conversant with the procedure and able to take over that too.
• Crap Thai made an announcement regarding a concurrent LLana Bush hash that will take place in Pattaya this weekend. He requested permission to publicise details on our Facebook and Website; agreed.
• Mike Holt and Alex who have been regular users of the Nosh trails but have never attended a PH3 hash both voiced their appreciation of the efforts of those responsible for the trails and offered their services in laying future trails.
• DL to investigate the viability of procuring PH3 facemasks.
• TW thanked those in attendance and reiterated the need for volunteers to come forward to fill some vital roles within the club. We have 3 current committee members out of the country, another elsewhere in Thailand and have lost a further 2 committee members through resignations.
