Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Financials are in great shape and we're doing well staying in the black during low season. Thanks to Rags and Raffle as the profits generated from each contribute significantly to the financial health of the PH3.

Webmaster Report:
• Issues with tracking Free Run Credits used have hopefully been resolved.
• On the run reports page, hash names on run stats can now be clicked on to view that hasher's run history.
• The code that gives a heads up to hares when future A-sites are within 2.5 km of each other has been updated to include the next Jungle run's A-site. Unfortunately it's not possible to use code to read future A-site locations as that info is posted on their website as a jpg image file.

Brew Master Report:
• Maintenance was done on truck bed in the amount of 2,170B.
• As the truck batteries are 4 and 5 years old, anticipate the need to replace them soon. It was recommended to replace them sooner, rather than later.
• Circle lights on truck and light stand will need to be replaced as some are no longer providing adequate illumination.
• VV to get quote on repainting of truck.

Hare Raiser Report: The October run dates are now open. Hare line is good shape with the next open run date on 16 September.

Rags Report: An average of 10 shirst sold every Monday. 1,014 shirts sold since SS took over Rags in Nov 2022. Currently in stock are 7 designs. The dresses are selling well, 24 sold with another 10 on order. Singlets are proving difficult to sell with only 3 sold in 1 month. Rags stock is in good shape.

On-on Bars Report: All is going well, no issues to report. The rota is updated occasionally to accommodate conflicts with other events at an on-on bar.

Upcoming Special Runs: Oktoberfest Run: 8 hares approved, PH3 subsidy of up to 6,000B approved

Other Business:
• It was reported that hashers have been observed not honoring the policy of opening their beers before leaving the area of the beer truck, despite requests to do so. The beer must be opened policy is in place to prevent unopened beers finding their way into backpacks for consumption after PH3 runs. We ask that all hashers respect this policy or stronger measures will need to be taken against those that continue to ignore the policy.
• Thank you to Spastic Whore King and YMCA for using their phones to take pics as the PH3 camera had lost it's mind.
• Nicky's has requested a PH3 supporter sign for their new location. PS to follow up on request.
• Run #2061: hares providing food, 4 free runs approved
