Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising. TW thanked PS for chairing
the meeting in his absence last month.

Bookie Report: Finances remain healthy, a slight increase in cash and assets since the last meeting.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report, everything is in excellent shape thanks to the continual efforts of the web team.

Brew Master Report:
• Truck insurance is due, c 10,000b, VV will organise payment, and he has replaced both batteries.
• VV will be away at the end of the month and once again, DL has volunteered to drive the truck in his absence.
• A large turnout is expected for the forthcoming Octoberfest run, but we have plenty of stock to cover all eventualities.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line is full until December, but with a majority of special/themed runs in December there should be no problems finding hares, great work by the hare raiser.

Rags Report: SS produced a detailed written report the summary of which is a slow down of shirt sales in recent weeks but the new line of PH3 mugs have proven to be popular. 38 Octoberfest shirts have been ordered and there are also 2 new shirts in production to boost stock for the expected increase in sign ups in the coming weeks/months. Coolers and Bucket hats are proving difficult to sell in any great numbers at the present time.

On-on Bars Report: Our first visit to Pot Hole Bar last month was satisfactory although there were some teething problems with service, our second visit was better although HS reported that she had received some complaints about the food. TW reported that he had visited another bar in Soi Lengkee to check suitability for consideration, but needs to confirm some details with the owner before a decision was made. HS asked why Teacher’s Lounge wasn’t being considered, but since the last meeting there had been no discussion or action on this matter. MF commented that she would be happy to receive us.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Octoberfest, 4 free hares, 8 credits and 6000b sponsorship from the club
• 21st October, Flying Dick Birthday run, hares providing food, 4 free runs, 4 credits for hares.
• Halloween Run, Lady Squeeze my Tube and Something Kinder birthdays, hares supplying food, 4 free runs and 6 credits.
• Loy Krathong run, Lady Squeeze lead hare, others to be confirmed but in anticipation, 8 credits, 4 free runs as hares will supply food; to be confirmed, competition for celebratory dress and or Krathongs.
• 18 Nov, GI Joe birthday, food from hares, 4 free runs.

Other Business:
• 2025 committee positions: - VV and TW announced that they would be standing down from their positions at the end of this hash year. SS had kindly produced a description of the weekly tasks that VV undertakes as a template for future brew masters, the search for which begins in earnest now. TW is tasked with appointing a suitable GM; any members of the club who have an interest in either position should make themselves known at the earliest opportunity. HS added that she would also stand down from the committee as Virgin Stimulator.
• TW proposed a BYO Booze Cruise, and a date of Nov 6 was set (meaning that Nov MMM will be deferred by a week). 100b fee payable in advance to secure a spot, any monies received will be spent on food/drinks for the trip, the club will cover all other costs.TW further proposed a Xmas party, accepted in principle, details to be arranged soon.
