Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A deficit of 17,000 baht from last month's report is accounted for by the costs of the Veterans Run when 53 free runs were awarded and 75 towels purchased as gifts. Week by week however the club still operates in the black. No concerns.

Webmaster Report: All in good shape no issues to report, a scribe awards page has been modified and updated.

Brew Master Report: After the recent repairs to the front end of the truck we now have to deal with some non urgent repairs to the bodywork at the rear. Additionally, an oil change and other minor mechanical issues to be dealt with, cost estimated 4,500 baht. Insurance is due before the end of October, cost to be notified in due course.

Hare Raiser Report: Condition green with the only space Loy Krathong and several volunteers lined up to fill that date. Excellent work by the stand in Hare Raiser, Fat Max.

Rags Report: he 2 new designs were popular and 24 shirts have been sold in 3 weeks. No issues with stock at this time but with high season approaching, 2 more designs will be required within a month.

On-on Bars Report: No issues to report but we are still open to finding a new bar to add to the rota; as agreed last month, provision of food by the bars is no longer mandatory, although our 3 current bars have all said they will continue to feed us, for which we are grateful.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• 14/9 – Something Stupid birthday run – hares to supply wine and Pastis, hares budget for snacks increased to 1000 b.
• 28/9 Cannonball’s birthday run – free food from hares
• 12/10 bell End birthday run, free food from hares, 5 hares approved.

Other Business:
• VV asked if a hasher that qualified for the free gift on Veterans day but didn’t attend on the day could receive the gift; the conditions are that to receive the gift (and free run) you have to attend on the day, so request denied.
• VV also mentioned that Tan the Beer Man, who voluntarily took over many hares’ duties whilst everyone is on trail (cutting fruit/ refilling eskies etc) will no longer perform these duties as he would like to run, so the responsibility for these tasks returns to the hares.
• TW noted that Diaper Sniper (who had been given a new name by PJH3 recently) received an award shirt with just initials DS. To alleviate any confusion, PH3 will officially rename him Overdue on his next attendance.
