Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A slight decrease in total cash and assets this month due to the expenses associated with beer truck renovations and the Xmas in July run, though we are still operating with a weekly surplus.

Webmaster Report: Nil to report, the website is in excellent condition.

Brew Master Report: No report offered

Hare Raiser Report: October 5th and the Halloween run are the only spaces left to fill; a suggestion to re schedule the Octoberfest Run to avoid clashing with a Monkey outstation run was rejected by the hares as travel arrangements for many had already been made.

Rags Report: Sales remain low but new stock is still required (2 designs on order from PPS) but some of the old designs that had been in stock for a considerable time have finally been sold.

On-on Bars Report: There are no issues at this time but looking forward it is anticipated that at least one further bar will be required to meet our needs in the high season.

Upcoming Special Runs: Veterans day Run, Sept 7th; provision of a gift for qualifying hashers was agreed upon, the decision came down to a choice between a bucket hat or towel; TW to investigate prices and availability before the committee makes a final decision (edit – towel 100 x 50cm was agreed upon and subsequently ordered)

Other Business:
• PS; in the absence of both PS and BW at the same time in August, GI Joe will be asked to take care of the sign ups cash bag after the run for 2 weeks.
• SP initiated a discussion as to whether future On On Bars should have a mandatory requirement to supply food, as in recent times this has been a significant factor leading to the cancellation of On On Bars. It was agreed that a fun atmosphere and fair prices were more important considerations and moving forward we will allow each bar to decide whether to supply food or not. This may seem to disadvantage those who attend On On Bars purely for free food, but was seen by all to be a wholly positive step forward.
