Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: The decrease in cash and assets this month relates directly to the cost of repairs to the beer truck (12k), with a further 12k expected to be paid out for repainting the truck in the coming weeks. In all other areas the club’s finances remain in a very healthy position.

Webmaster Report: As usual, all is in good order; we were informed that a new updated page featuring previous trails has been added which should be of great benefit to future hares.

Brew Master Report: Nothing to report other than the continuing work carried out to keep the beer truck in good shape. A new circle light has been ordered as one of our current stock is starting to fail.

Hare Raiser Report: There are currently 4 spaces available in August and one in September, despite the best efforts of the stand in hare raiser, we were reminded that finding hares is something that we can all participate in.

Rags Report: Another slow month for sales of shirts but despite this it is time to order more stock - (2 designs if possible). TW to order more socks while prices are low.

On-on Bars Report: SB requested that Quicky Bar replace Sports Bar New Plaza on the rota, as she said not many people have been attending Sports Bar. Indeed, On On bar numbers are down for all our venues. Agreed to use Quicky bar on a trial basis for 2 months – with concerns that it will not be big enough for our needs come the high season and greater numbers attending.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Xmas in July Run – July 20th: some decorations have been procured, and a budget of 3000 was agreed to provide sangria on the run, Additionally, a free BBQ was agreed upon, VV to provide. Our On On bar for the run, Crackers, will also be joining in the Xmas theme with decorations etc.
• Full Moon Run: July 29th; Venue Crackers Bar, sign up 100 baht, meet at 6, run at 7, 4km town run, free raffle, free food, free fun. EDIT – date changed to July 31 as 29th is a no alcohol sales day.

Other Business:
• In view of the BBQ on the Xmas in July run, VV has cancelled the proposed BBQ for next week.
• Spastic Whore King asked if Crackers could be asked to sell alcohol free beer.
• Fat Max suggested that Scribe award shirt recipients be encouraged to design their own shirts – not agreed as this action has caused too many problems in the past.
• TW led a lengthy discussion on an ongoing issue between a number of Thai ladies that has evolved from name calling and disagreements to pushing and shoving. The ladies concerned have been spoken too and warned not to carry on with this behaviour on the hash, but apparently have not taken heed. Members of the committee will now issue a formal warning to those concerned with any further poor behaviour resulting in exclusion from all PH3 activities. There is a similar story/course of action pertaining to the Pattaya Jungle H3.
• SP made a recommendation for a venue for a potential PH3 social, the pool and bar/restaurant at Chok Chai 5 village. A suitable spot in the calendar will have to found before further arrangements can be made.
• Discussed and approved was to make permenant the free hare limit increase from 2 to 4 for each run, and when hares supply food for all they will be able to claim 1000 baht towards their expenses.
