Bookie Report: Nil

Webmaster Report: Nil

Brew Master Report: VV has received a quote of 12k for the cosmetic repairs to the front of the truck and 12k for welding repairs and has agreed to organise the repairs ASAP.

Hare Raiser Report: Hareline is in good shape, hares required in Mid July. Beetroot is returning to UK next week and Fat Max is poised to provide cover in his absence.

Rags Report: 139 shirts sold so far this year, 64 in stock. The new Thai design shirt has been very well received but sales are still slow and erratic, though no cause for concern. Awards shirts are fully up to date.

On-on Bars Report: No issues or concerns reported.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• US Independence Day Run: - hares will provide food, arrangements need to be made to keep the gate open at the side of the lakeside A site for access after the run.
• Full Moon Run: - July 29th, no firm arrangements at this time, but there is plenty of time before the run date.

Other Business:
• TW proposed a special event in July, a Xmas Summer run, he will hare on 20 July, further details to be announced nearer the time.
• SP has a resort in mind that may be suitable for an extra-curricular event, he will investigate and report back in due course.
• Dirt Looney will be asked if he would like to present the 8,300 baht raised at the Betty Boop raffle to the Take Care Kids Foundation (EDIT; he has done so).
• Scab suggested a new profile pic for the Website and also suggested that we publish a list of Pattaya’s hash friendly bars for the benefit of visiting hashers.
