Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A small increase in cash over the last month despite an outgoing of 3,300 baht for a new windshield for the beer truck. We do not have any financial concerns.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report, the Website is in excellent shape as usual.

Brew Master Report:
• Some of the welding repairs required on the beer truck are now considered to be urgent, so VV and Tan will collaborate to ensure repairs are conducted as soon as possible.
• An agreement was reached in principle to keep the beer truck running and in good shape, as once the repairs are done it will be fully functional and good for more service.

Hare Raiser Report:
• As expected, finding hares at this time of year is hard going, but BH has been working tirelessly and done more than his fair share of haring recently; however, as a committee we should all be encouraging other members to hare.
• BH will be returning to UK for about 10 weeks shortly, and Fat Max has kindly agreed to fulfil the role in his absence.

Rags Report: Sales are erratic and down on the same period last year, however this is not a problem; it was agreed that the main thing is to have shirts/rags available for when they are required. The recent Pop Art shirt was very popular and we will be taking receipt of 60 new shirts (2 designs) in the near future.

On-on Bars Report: No issues to report, all going well.

Upcoming Special Runs: Betty Boop (run 2153, 1/6/2026) no special arrangements other than the usual free run for cross dressers and all raffle proceeds all going to Take Care Kids.

Other Business:
• Sexy Butterfly announced that she had a stash of paper suitable for shredding available to anyone that wants it.
• Oily Bob is returning to Canada and expressed his thanks to all for the time he has spent hashing with us.
• TW led another discussion on incentivising hares – and reducing their incidental costs. A proposal that for a trial period of 3 months, the free hare limit will be increased from 2 to 4 for each run, and when hares supply food for all they will be able to claim 1000 baht towards their expenses was accepted unanimously, effective immediately.
• TW invited ideas for extra events over the next few months as there is very little in our calendar over the summer; Beach Social, Outstation Run, Full Moon Run and Day Trips to a resort were all suggested. As a committee we are open to suggestions and ideas – and volunteers to help organise such events.
