Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Todays scribe is me the German Hell Boy ..... my English is like everybody knows not so good, so I am sorry for any mistakes in my report.
I went out to that beautiful (virgin) a-site and arrived there early together with the hare Bottomless Pit and his Sweetie. The rain which we had in the morning gave its best to make the parking place like a deep swampy place, and so, what happened? The King arrives and got stuck with his truck in the swamp, and Ball Sniffer had to rescue him with his 4 wheel drive truck (hash-hero).
Then the run started and everybody went on the trail, but this time nobody knows that it will be the longest ….. most confusing (checks) and wettest (swampiest) run of the year. Myself I joined the flying Sir Frog during this run. After a couple of checks, there was plenty of river crossings and hundreds of kilometers we were absolutely out of power and were praying that this run will be ending soon ….. but nobody listen to our prayers and so we finished that run after almost 2 hours and after the darkness started. But we were not last, almost 20 people finished that run after us and everybody agreed that was too long.
Then the GM calls the circle. After calling the hares on the ice everybody agree with my opinion (I told you before) that this run was (if my famous hasher bad RA Emperor Airhead was on this run he would have probably given hash shit) NOT SO GOOD to say it in nice words.
Special notices: Not sell raffle tickets(Seaman Swallow was not there) so had only two prizes.
After the run we have been in the Dao Cafe and everybody enjoyed that wonderful kaupad, thai soup, and green salad. Thank you Lone Wolf, who bought a pizza for the Black Sheep.
