Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Welcome to PH3 run 1324.
An enjoyable bus ride out to a familiar A-site. Just started to stretch my legs and scribe duties came my way, Piss Poorer. I’m ecstatic. Looking around the site there are the usual pods of people doing the usual things, BBQ smelling great and final sign ups. GM Seaman Stains calls the circle and hares Free Willy and Flipper come in and do usual glass breaking ceremony. Congratulations to both of them for their 24th wedding anniversary. Flipper would get less for murder. Sir Chicken Fucker is showing of a can of peas he found.
The run was good for all, FRB and walkers alike. Lots of tapioca and pineapple fields with a meandering up and down trail. Good paper which Flipper cut up on her wedding anniversary night. What else would she do? Average time of 35 to 40 minutes for runners to come in. FRB Shit Through A Duck completes the run in 19 minutes and then does a second lap finishing in 37 minutes. He needs to buy a TV. Dirty Harry dressed all in red. Must have thought he might get lost. Seaman’s Princess still PH3 number 1 fundraiser and really knows how to work a raffle. Running Dick & Hellboy then try to push the scribe about but back off when Strawberry Flavoured  Condom  steps in. Obviously they have meet their match. Lots of flies enjoying the after run snacks. Drag Queen drinks from a large down down bottle (what’s he thinking) and was seeking pictures of the day. He says his camera memory is full but has only been in town two days. Where has he been?
Sir Spaghetti Head then shows concern about circle starting on time and barks orders to little prevail. Seaman Stains then calls the circle with “Gentleman”. Who is he trying to impress. The circle commences. Dirt Digger in bucket for being late. Really Sadistic Bastard wins prize from Free Willy. One can of peas as canapés bottle of wine. KAM also wins bottle of wine by answering trick question. GI Joe, Hellboy, Cabbage Knievel, Running Dick and Bam Bam iced for lack for manners. Rude bastards.
Emperor Airhead takes circle and Ice Cold Shot takes a seat in the bucket. With lack of ice in bucket, Hellboy adds more ice but gets caught playing with Ice Cold Shot's testicles, but he does not complain.
Airhead then realizes one of the virgins is a poofter and ices him with beer police virgin, Davis thus confessing to be boys towns best customer. This then causes Satan's Willie, Lord Lucan, V.V and Fucking Dog to argue over who saw them first and iced for private circle.
Ice virgins then have a chance to play pick the box with your host Chicken Fucker. The winner received Hellboys last used condom. They were very happy, and Chicken Fucker sent them on their way to the tune of  “Bum Ones.”  Note for the gay couple.
Pattaya Marathon Runners take circle and congratulations to them.  Woo Woo’s Ball Washer is re-named Was Woo’s Washer.
Chicken Fucker still with a bag of tricks tells tale of King Yao Yao 50 Baht sore throat. A threesome with the Queen and a Girl Called Yes. Best 50 Baht ever spent. KAM then puts arm around Yes and she keeps him company on the ice.
T4 is invited onto the ice, 65 years old next week. With 2 girls on his knee he still couldn’t get it up and slips off the ice.
GM then asks for Hares to sing a song. With no song Free Willy tells a joke instead. Free Willy please buy a joke book that’s funny.
6 volunteers then finish off the down downs as we break into Hash Hymn “Sweet Chariot”.
Back on the bus feeling rather relaxed we make our way to the On In at Jameson’s Bar, there we are treated to a choice of 9 bain maries of fabulous food. Plenty of tables and comfortable seats, to rest our Hashing bones and pints of cold beer to quench our thirst.
Seamen Stains then presents Kim Fletcher, Big Chief Womb Master with a plaque, wishing him happy birthday and thanking him for supporting the Monday Pattaya H3 Club.
All Hashers gather for a group photo to finish off a great run at the On In. Thanks for the free beer Big Chief Womb Master.
