Show Run Stats Report
To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.
The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.
It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.
Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

THE WALL : Looking at the map for the VET'S Run I see the a-site is located at the opposite of Phoenix and marked as YAO YAO property. It' s being 6 weeksago I've runbecause the health wasn't too good but here we are again alive and kicking. A BIG WALL surrounded the a-site .. Queen STELLA standingat the" GATE" with a BIG umbrella mumbling something about the sun..... anywaythe WALL looked very impressive andsolid. Entering I heard a crackling voice Ya YAsmore hore and ??? Uncle Fester sitting next to the gate in the only shade spot ... is he the security man? The sign-up was behind Bam Bam car ... it's a free run today so Bam Bam moaning about runners showing up because it's free ??? Hey man we did at least 26 in a year so what's the problem?? Going to the beer truckand having a chat with the only 2 Germans on the run Bottomless Hellboy.... Hashersarriving in their fancy new cars and try to park their cars as close as possible near the gate so they can off quicklylater after the run!!! The bus arrives a little bit later with 10 people on it ... Miserable Cunt told me the WALL isa 1 million baht one well it looked like a prison one !!!
The GM came straight tome and told me you have a free run and your the scribe.... Form a circle and the GM told us next Sunday it's the Jester Charity Drive at Diana Resort... Sir Frog asks for old DVDto sell them at the Venue it's for the KIDS guys. Hares Queen Stella and Mrs. Head told us it's a long run and we must be careful because a owner of some land is a nasty one!! Off we go crossingthe road and run into Phoenix Golf land. We run most of the time on long roads and between rice-fields well it's not easy to make a run in this area but they did a good job and we had the bloody sun also for free so I was pretty happy when I saw the WALL appearing and got me some coke. Yeah no more booze FINIshed......After some Black Sheep food baaabeee circle started with hares on the ice and voting a good run...... next the raffle ... a new style 3 prizes and Bam Bam is the announcer (were are those beautifully girls ???) Bottomless wins some XXX dvd perhapspolice ones said Hell boy!!! The French Bunch won the bottle of wine at least they win something. VV on in hared 90 runs hee this guy hared his first with me next RSB on in for his 400 run and his 40,000thbeer.Sheik MeMe did his usual acting part and next was SCF and told us it was the birthday of our KING YAO YAO ... by the way where is the KING???? I heard earning money to build his house !!!! SCF needed some surrogates king and queen but ended upin the BUCKET..... I looked around the "circle" and noticed maybe 15 hasher and 5 cars ... where are the good old days .. everybodystaying after the Hash Hymn !!!! Well it was good to be back and I will see you next weeks run ......
