Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Ok Monday once again a bit like ground hog day apart from today I looked at the sky then remembered Private Cornhead was one of the hares and said to myself no way am I going hashing today, but I forgot I promised to do the hash cash with that handsome Clit Face so that is it I have to go. After a pleasant ride in my old car up to the hhh sign to turn into the A site, now its starting to look like a Cornhead run, already my car was sinking in mud wheels spinning and the bottom dragging along the mud piles, Anyway I arrived alive to find one parking space left and only 3 cars had arrived before me so where was the bus and the other cars were going to park. I asked Cornbrain who replied I do not care, if that was not bad enough he had two choices of A site, one big and flat and one small, muddy with rocks concrete posts in and on a hill so had a river going through it and you know which one he chose. The bus seems to be a long time I said and the reply was the bus is not coming in as the track is not big enough for the bus so it parked 800 meters away and let all the bus bitches trek through the mud. It's raining like hell now so some new shoes dealt with and virgins and we are sent off into the darkness by laurel and hardy the two hares today slipping and sliding into trees and bushes, for a change I decided to do the whole run, as I was running along I thought what am I doing, this is a Cornhole run so it has to be a complete fuck up but then I remembered there was another hare today Bangka Blower so I carried on through the rain thunder swamps and forests for an hour or so along side 13 other hashers and after a loop we found ourselves back on the out paper, so now we are lost all of us have different opinions to where the A site is but unbelievably Sir Frog gets the right direction so after another hour we are in back at the A site with rivers flowing through the A site and farmers pick ups driving through the circle every ten minutes. The circle is called while I was still changing and the heavens opened up so the quickest hash circle ever was over in ten minutes and every one disappeared into there cars and went home while the real hashers stayed and within ten minutes the sun came out so we drank some beers and listened to Cornhead moan and groan, enough of that now off to Titty Twister for pool and lots of beer.
