Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Eighty plus hashers turned up to a new A site for the Mondays PH3 run.
GM welcomed everybody and asked for virgins or new shoes. We had neither.
He then calls the hares Lady Squeeze my tube, Sexy Butterfly and Diaper Sniper in to talk about the trail. We were told the walk could be 3 4 5 or 6 klm. Run could be 10 or 11 klm, and it's that way out.
I walked with my ex GM SLUG and we set off for what we thought would be a nice walk. How WRONG we were. 95 minutes and 8 plus kilometres later we arrived back at the A site. No we never got lost, we saw the split and went the right way. We saw where the run and walked joined together and we still kept walking. Shiggy, long grass, and mountains we covered it all.
HERRING CHOKER passed us not long after where the trails joined, and we kept walking.  10 minutes later two more FRBs BORING  WANKER and SPEEDO PETE passed us, and we still kept walking. 10 minutes later SEAL SUCKER caught up with us, and we still kept walking. SEAL SUCKER explains the FRBS got lost and picked up old paper. 
When we told him that HERRING CHOKER had passed us 20 minutes ago he called him a short cutting B. 
Anyway SLUG and myself still kept walking. We finally got back to the A site after walking 8.2 kilometres and 95 minutes.  Hares what happened to the 3 to 5 klm walk? 
The BEER HUNTERS were back at the A site before us.
I passed LADY SQUEEZE and told her to expect a cold butt for making me walk so far.
The FRBs are looking at their GPS and comparing distance. HERRING CHOKER has only 150 meters less than others, so how comes he was so far in front?
Hashers are coming in from all directions. DIRT LOONEY told me he was off trail but knew the area so he bush bashed through dense jungle to pick up the trail again. 
FLEECE FUCKER and several other hashers come back in on the out trail.
The GM is not even back his still out there somewhere, so we are all thinking lots of ice time coming up for the hares. 
BUT NO. The HASH GODS are on the hares side because before I even finished my first beer the skies opened up. I put the scribe report and chair back in the booze bus, and other hashers ran to the baht buses. AS THE RAIN STOPPED PLAY.
It did slow down enough eventually to hold the circle but by then my scribe paper was so wet I couldn't write anything.
Hares were iced, but not for long enough.
EMPEROR AIRHEAD held court
DINGO ATE MY BABY was iced for running around his condo in just his tee shirt and scaring the other tenants.
BLACK PANTHER is given her 50th run singlet, and the singlet is not much larger than my undies. 
The hares are called out to do a song but don't have one.
The final down down and the hash hymn is sung and then 80 wet hashers climb onto the baht buses for a cold wet journey back to Pattaya.
The rain and the cold didn't stop us from enjoying more beers at SEXY BUTTERFLY's bar which is now a new Hash bar.
Great food is served. More beers are drank, and time I jumped into my shower, my feet looked like prunes.
So it was a long walk and run. Hashers got lost and we all got cold and wet, and the hares didnt go in the bucket, but would we rather be anywhere else on a Monday afternoon???
