Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. 3 items for new Business.

Bookie Report: PS reported an increase in assets was due to a stock take of rags which showed greater value than expected. The last two runs have shown a small cash surplus, and the club remains financially healthy.

Webmaster Report: No issues to report, everything is working well. Thanks to PS and DL for their ongoing efforts.

Brew Master Report: VV reported that the cost of Heineken has gone up, but as not much is consumed on the runs there was no reason to consider not purchasing it any more. The beer truck has no problems. The recent change allowing hashers to take two opened drinks from the beer truck during the second circle has gone well, with no issues to report.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line is in good shape with just a couple of unfilled spots in April, including the Songkran Run – it is hoped that Harriettes will hare this run.

Rags Report: Antique reports good sales but is still looking for design ideas for a new generic shirt. A proposal that we change our rags shirt supplier from Pattaya Print Space to Glob Sub (who charge 280 and 220B for shirts respectively) and to reduce our price for shirts from 400 to 350 b was approved. It was also agreed to drop the price of current stock to 350b with immediate effect.

On-on Bars Report: On-On bars are experiencing good attendance, and all is well. No issues or concerns reported.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Valentine’s Day Run – VV expressed concern that we have not yet located tables that have seen to have gone missing. Arrangements made for use of alternate tables made. Consideration to purchasing some new tables to made in the near future if the problem is not adequately resolved. All hares (6) to run free as they are sponsoring food for the day.
• Belgian run on 28th Feb, all hares (5) to run free as they are again sponsoring food.

Other Business:
• New business carried over from last meeting:
• The issue of membership criteria was raised. The proposal that membership status be granted to Virgins immediately and visitors after 25 runs or one hared run was carried unanimously.
• Financial triggers – it was agreed that no action need be taken with regard to implementing safeguard triggers for our finances.
• Master of Music – Mr Bean’s offer to fulfil this role was accepted, A Non-Executive position on the committee, no ice power but an expectation to provide alternate down-down songs comes with the post. Thank you for volunteering, Mr Bean.
• AOB
• Antique suggested a shirt design as a tribute to deceased members be created, further discussions will follow. Likewise the suggestion that a database of Next Of Kin be maintained for notification purposes.
• VV thanked the hares and She’s the Boss for supplying food at the last run.
• Blow Lewinski asked whether a Baht Bus could depart from Rhompo Market in Jomtien. Some research would be required into viability but this an idea that has been mooted before and not seen through.
• DL suggested that with little effort he could add ‘In Memoriam’ notices for members to the home page of the website. Agreed. DL also added that the issue of individuals having more than one sign up ID is being resolved.
• Unstable Load commented on his appreciation of the website and webmasters.
• PS reported that the information on the attendance page of a run was flexible and could reflect other info.
• TW thanked everyone for their contribution to another productive meeting.
