Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A slight drop in cash and assets from last month, with a relatively high loss on the Valentine’s Day run, due to low sign ups and high overheads on the day. PS gave a brief explanation of the reasoning behind showing a weekly depreciation in the assumed value of the beer truck.

Webmaster Report: The website is in great shape, with no glitches or issues reported and is fully up to date. TW commended the web team and General Kidney Wiper for their expedience in creating the obituary and In Memoriam page after the tragic passing of Lord Chicken Fucker.

Brew Master Report: The beer truck is in good shape, but tax is due at the end of the month. VV will bring a spare battery for the lighting rigs as a result of a failure in the circle last week. VV requested and was granted permission to use the truck for the following weekends Swamp Rat run.

Hare Raiser Report: The May hareline has just been opened and so far, every date in May is still available, all dates in March and April are filled. No concerns, and thanks to those who continue to volunteer to hare.

Rags Report: Steady sales reported and consideration given to purchasing some more generic shirts, the Ragmaster has sufficient funds. A new design for a generic shirt is in progress and approval from the committee will be sought as soon as it is completed.

On-on Bars Report: There has been a couple of occasions when less people have attended than have indicated in the circle, but the discrepancy is minor and not a cause for concern. Otherwise, all is well.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• St Patrick’s Day run – All in hand, traditional Irish extras can be expected. LCF (RIP) to remain as a hare for this run.
• Songkran run will be hared by Harriettes, no further info at this time.
• St Georges Day, a shirt for pre-order is under consideration and will be presented for approval in due course.
• Scotch On The Rocks run can not be hosted in May, an alternative date will be sought.
• The Halloween and Belgian runs to be added to the run calendar on the website.

Other Business:
• TW proposed an annual memorial run for LCF, to be the first run in March every year, approved by unanimous vote.
• TW proposed a delay to the introduction of the summer timings due to all bars still closing by 11pm, approved unanimously.
• Last month a suggestion was put forward to introduce an extra pick-up point for baht buses, namely at Rhompo Market in Jomtien. There was no evidence or further opinions offered to suggest this could be feasible or necessary as Jomtien has good bus links to Central Pattaya already. In addition, setting a precedent like this could result in more requests for even more pick up points. TW expressed his view that this would not necessarily be of benefit to the club, which has traditional offered a fully all-inclusive service as it currently stands, with one pick up point for the buses only, and that this has worked well for decades.
• Hares should be added to the list no later than the day before the run, and not at the circle on run day.
• VV will be returning to Belgium in April; Two Time will assume the role of Brewmaster and Dirt Looney has kindly volunteered to drive the beer truck in VVs absence. There should be no disruption to normal service, thanks to TT and DL.
• DL volunteered to organise a wreath on behalf of PH3 for the funeral of LCF, a maximum budget of 10,000 baht was approved.
• TW reminded everyone that Baht Buses were under obligation to drop off at the designated On On bars before returning to the Buffalo Bar on returning to Pattaya after a run, as there had been a recent occasion when this did not happen.
