Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Pussy Snatcher reported a drop in cash and assets since the last meeting, primarily due to purchase of extra stock of drinks prior to the departure of VV.

Webmaster Report: PS had little to report as the website is up to date and working well.

Brew Master Report: Other than one bulb not working in the light array the beer truck is in good shape and the tax has just been paid. Dirt Looney who is driving the truck this month reported that Two Time is happy, no issues to report.

Hare Raiser Report: There is only one space in May to be filled, but June is now open. VV will hare the traditional Betty Boop run but has asked for it to be put back one week until 13 June; approved. Criteria for extra free runs and hare credits has now been placed on the website as there have a few recent issues with members not being fully conversant with the conditions. Hares are remined of the need to submit their A sites at least 10 days in advance of the run to allow time for the hash sheet to be updated in good time.

Rags Report: Antique reported steady sales over the month and produced an up-to-date stock list. A new design generic shirt has been ordered to replenish falling stock levels.

On-on Bars Report: No issues to report.

Upcoming Special Runs: We await confirmation from the hares for Songkran run regarding supplying food on the day. St Georges Day run is in hand – there will be no food or sponsorship required, but a commemorative shirt is available for pre-order.

Other Business:
• Liberace said he was pleased to be back after his time in Norway for medical treatment, he added that consideration should be given to adding another signatory to the savings account. This will be done.
• TW thanked everyone for their attention and attendance and on behalf of everyone welcomed liberace back to the club.
• Blow Lewinski again brought up the idea of a bant bus departing from Jomtien but could not provide sufficient reason for us to do so. PS made a proposal to implement this practice, there were no votes in favour, 7 against and one abstention.
• Mount Me enquired as to whether we would be reverting to the summer schedule times but was advised whilst bars are still required to legally close at 11pm we will keep to the winter schedule.
• Antique told us that he has to return to the UK in may for a period of a few months, so we are in need of someone to look after Rags in his absence.
• The Wizard asked about the availability of MMM minutes on the website prior to Feb 19; minutes are available from Dec 2012. No further action required. TW also added that he plans to create a document outlining our policies and protocols as currently the only way to find them is to go through all previous Minutes, which is very time consuming.
