Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: PS reported an increase in cash and assets since the last meeting, despite the club subsidising the recent boat party and an adjustment to rags after a recent stock take. No particular issues or concerns.

Webmaster Report: The website is in great shape, including the new PH3Bay page where members can advertise items for sale. It was noted and recognised that run photos, stats etc are generally published by Tuesday lunchtime, outstanding work.

Brew Master Report: VV reported that the wipers on the truck were not working and that he will attend to repairs ASAP. No other concerns.

Hare Raiser Report: TW reported that all spaces in June were now taken with 2 available in July. Hares are coming forward in good time, so no worries.

Rags Report: Sauce for the Goose has taken custody of rags until September when Antique is due to return. Current stock levels are low so a new generic shirt design was proposed and approved by the committee. TW to order 25, sizes to be determined, relative to our current stock.

On-on Bars Report: PS proposed adding June’s Cocktail Bar to the rota of On On bars, for a trial period of 4 visits, unanimously approved by the committee. SP to be informed so a new rota can be distributed.

Upcoming Special Runs: Next weeks Betty Boop run will use the A site as our On On bar. PS to Liaise with GI Joe to organise buses staying till 10pm at the A site.

Other Business:
• HS suggested we have business cards for the club with website and FBook details, we already have some but it served to prompt us to order some more, PS to take care of this.
• BL thanked SFTG for taking over rags.
• PS asked if we should still hide run trail details on the website for a while longer, agreed.
• TW noted that recently numbers of members were smoking on the baht buses – he reminded everyone that smoking is not allowed on the baht buses.
