Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Finances are in good shape, the rolling averages for the last 10 weeks indicate we are breaking even overall despite the recent rise in beer prices. Rags and raffle continue to do well and create some profit.

Webmaster Report: A Rags inventory has been added to the WS with photos of all items, plus the facility to pre order items online. A great new addition to what is already an excellent and up to date website.

Brew Master Report: VV has taken care of small repairs to the beer truck but still awaits parts to fix the wipers; in addition, all the connectors on the lighting rigs have been renewed so the lights should be in full working order. No other issues.

Hare Raiser Report: 3 dates in August are still vacant, though there is a greater take up in September. SP will post on FB to request hares and PS will also add a notice to the home page of the WS to encourage volunteers. The October hareline is now open.

Rags Report: The recent new designs of PH3 shirts have been popular, none more so than the latest which appeared for the first time last Monday. In conjunction with being advertised on the WS and FB in advance, this led to sales of 16 shirts on one run, something of a record! The shirt designer (Burley Chassis) was thanked and applauded for her continuing work in designing and producing such good shirts.

On-on Bars Report: Numbers attending are Ok but possibly slightly lower than may be expected. On one or two occasions lately, members have departed the On On bar prior to food being served. It is important that those who indicate they will attend, stay for food so as to prevent our hosts preparing an excessive quantity of food. Cocktail bar has proven to be popular on our first 2 visits.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Aug 12 Full Moon Run. Sign up fee will be 100b to cover food and free draw prize costs. Any shortfall in expenses to be covered by the club, any excess to be donated to Nicky’s charity. If there is sufficient demand, the club will pay for a baht bus from the Buffalo bar to the A site, Monta burger bar in Rhompo market Jomtien.
• 5 Sept, Veteran’s day run. The committee agreed on a commemorative towel to be given to all qualifying hashers as well as the traditional free run. VV will put on a paid BBQ. Suggest to raffle master to upscale prizes for this run as sales may be expected to increase in view of so many free runs being granted.TW to procure the towel.
• 12 Sept, Something Stupid Birthday run – the committee approved the design of a special shirt for the day which will be produced by SS. Pre-order sales at cost price and 5 shirts for Rags were also approved.

Other Business:
• Liberace reiterated the need to update signatories on the savings account and that the pass book should be updated. Efforts will be made to ensure this is done prior to the next meeting.
• VV related that he had heard some criticism that there were too many alcohol prizes on the raffle. To be discussed with raffle master.
• PS proposed that the reordering of re runs of old hash shirts from Pattaya print Space be done through the club rather than by individuals on an ad hoc basis. TW will write a policy for consideration.
• TW. PH3 2000th run. The idea of incorporating a Thai Nash Hash was discounted. A sub committee consisting of, Pussy Snatcher, Sperm Polluter, Dirt Looney, VV, YMCA, Happy Survivor, She’s the Boss, Crap Thai & Something Stupid – and led by PS, will assume responsibility for all necessary arrangements, subject to approval of the MMM committee and will report back no less that once a month with progress and plans.
