Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: PS reported that the finances are stable; we have shown a slight increase in cash recently but face some expected but significant expenses in the coming weeks.

Webmaster Report: No issues with the website, it is in excellent shape – thanks to PS and DL for their continuing efforts to keep everything up to date and accurate.

Brew Master Report: VV reported that the beer truck is in good shape, however the insurance is due this month (c 10,000b) and that Antique had kindly donated a number of spare connectors for use on the lighting rigs.

Hare Raiser Report: Everything is covered until the end of this month but here are several vacancies between then and the end of December. No worries at this time.

Rags Report: Antique expressed that as most of our current stock of shirts are blue, he would like to see more bright new designs added soon, agreed in principle even though we have two themed shirts this month (Octoberfest and Halloween); the difficulty is in creating a new design. All suggestions are welcome. Furthermore, some long socks and insect repellent have been added to the stock. Antique also enquired about our gazebo, which is currently stored at PS home, but is in a state of poor repair, VV has our second gazebo which the PDRHHH have kindly given us use of, we will use this one from now.

On-on Bars Report: No issues, although the rota has been subject to a few alterations recently.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Octoberfest run: requests were made for 8 hare credits and 4 free runs, (approved unanimously) sponsorship of 6000b to supplement the hares considerable spending (unanimously approved), for approval of a themed shirt for pre order -with 5 for rags (unanimously approved) and for a change of On On bar to the traditional location in Soi 6 (unanimously approved).
• Joint Birthday Run: Oct 24th, the hares will supply food and requested 4 free runs and 6 credits, approved.
• Halloween run: hares will sponsor food and prizes for a Halloween themed fancy dress competition; approval for a themed shirt will be sought asap.
• Loy Krathong: many of our usual female hares will not be available to hare but we will seek others to step in, and should we find female hares we will still run our usual competition for the best traditional costume and the best home-made Krathong.

Other Business:
• 2000th run: The sub-committee have come up with a four-day event schedule (pre lube/meet and greet on Friday, Red Dress run on Saturday, town run and social on Sunday, PH3 run on Monday) which is sufficient for us to make some early announcements about the event. Finding suitable locations to host us will be a priority in the coming weeks.
• Awards: TW has made efforts to catch up with the backlog of awards and has ordered 14 shirts that are overdue – there will still be a few outstanding until the recipients are contacted ref sizes etc.
• Beach party: VV will be unable to facilitate our beach party in December as provisionally planned, due to many other commitments in the month; we will try and finalise plans to hold the event in early January.
• Buddha day: there will be a ban of alcohol sales on Monday 10th, so we will not be attending an On On bar, the circle may be extended by another 30 minutes to compensate for this.
