Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: PS reported that the finances are in good shape with an increase in cash and assets since the last meeting. Raffle and Rags continue to be great revenue streams, consideration to be given to increase the average spend on raffle prizes during the high season.

Webmaster Report: The website continues to be excellent, and a new ‘hareline condition’ feature has been added to easily identify if forthcoming runs do not have hares. There was a brief discussion regarding the accuracy of some details taken during sign ups; mistakes are inevitable with the barriers of different languages and people impatiently waiting to sign up. Assistance in dealing with visitors and virgins will be given to aid the sign-up guys.

Brew Master Report: No problems were reported by VV, everything is in good shape. Beer consumption has been high but proportionate to high numbers of sign-ups recently.

Hare Raiser Report: SP told us there are still two dates in November to be filled (condition orange) but further down the calendar the situation is looking good.

Rags Report: Antique has stepped down from rags, and Something Stupid has kindly agreed to take over sales of rags. Sales have been exceptionally good lately and the trend is expected to continue, 2 new designs for rags shirts were approved. TW will place an order in the coming week. Thanks to Antique for his hard work with rags for most of this year.

On-on Bars Report: There have recently been a few changes to the usual roster, but not to any one’s detriment, the situation is good and attendances are high.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• The Belgian run, scheduled for 12/12 has been shifted to 19/12 which results in the Xmas and New Years runs also moving back one week, Xmas run is now 26/12. The Belgians will provide food for their run and will accept 4 free runs and 6 credits. PH3 shorts to commemorate the run were approved for pre-order sale, with 5 for Rags.
• The hares for the Xmas run will also provide food and will have 4 free runs and 6 credits. As usual the club will supply gifts to women and children on the day of the run. TW to organise.

Other Business:
• 2000th run update. Ps presented proposals to MM for approval. Registration for the whole 4-day event to be at a cost of 1000 b, (women 750, kids 650) which will cover the costs of a shirt, associated transport and expenses, 100 b for the red Dress Run (to be donated to charity) plus the normal sign-up fees for a Monday run. Other than on Monday all alcohol will be PAYG. There will be a facility for PH3 members to sign up and attend only the Monday Run if they wish. Shirts, goody bags etc will only be given to those who sign up for the 4-day event. These proposals were carried by MM.
• Beach Social – Weds 11th Jan. Due to potentially high attendance certain conditions were approved by the committee. Attendance will be free only to PH3 members, and they should wear a PH3 shirt. Non members who wish to attend can do so on advance payment of 200b – we will not accept cash or sign ups on the day. VV will as usual, supply his delicious BBQ. If you are unsure about your membership status, check before the event!
• 2023 committee – TW invited proposals for next years MM committee, further discussion at next months MMM.
• TW reminded everyone of their responsibilities whilst on the baht buses coming back from runs. Over exuberant behaviour can draw unwanted attention, that has previously resulted in fines from the police for those on the bus. All individuals have a responsibility to those on the bus with them and to the club as whole, not to behave in such a manner that could see a repeat of this scenario.
• Oui Oui invited all present to join him for his birthday celebration in Sutus Court on Friday where he would be happy to buy everyone a few beers.
