Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: PS reported that cash was down 3,500 since the last meeting but this was due to expected expenses, including the purchase of Xmas gifts, but everything is in good shape with Rags and Raffle performing very well.

Webmaster Report: 2 new features have been added to the website, a page showing the greatest number of consecutive runs by members and an additional search function using real names along side hash names, both warmly received. It was acknowledged that run reports continue to be published exceptionally quickly – thanks to the team for their considerable efforts.

Brew Master Report: VV reported that there are no issues with the truck or beer consumption levels; however, he can no longer transport as many tables as are often required. Arrangement made with PS for at least one table to be transported on the baht bus with rags etc

Hare Raiser Report: Condition green; next available dates are in February. Many thanks to the hares that have filled shortfalls with short notice recently.

Rags Report: Sales are good, with regular new designs that are proving very popular, however, the cotton white shirts continue to be an encumbrance. It was agreed to write them off as assets and find an alternative way to dispose of them. VV stated he had some ideas which he would share at a later date.

On-on Bars Report: Again, there has been some changes to the scheduled rota, but this has not been a problem. Attendances remain very good.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• The Belgian Run, 19th December, all in order, no issues.
• The Xmas Run, 26th December, hares will provide food, 6 credits and 4 free runs granted. Scar will produce traditional mulled wine; Antique has our Xmas tree but it is suspected that new lights may be required. Extra tables will be required, VV and PS to arrange. Check with Emperor Airhead that he has a Santa outfit and is happy to present gifts to ladies and children, as usual. TW has procured 38 gifts for ladies, not yet for the kids. Thanks to Burley Chassis for wrapping these items.

Other Business:
• 2000th run update: PS hopes to be able to open online registrations within a couple of weeks, but some investigation into the best method of online payments required; a suitable account will be required. Payment in full will be required within 2 weeks of registering, thus registrations, should there be any spaces left, will close 4 weeks before the start of the event. Venues for Friday, Saturday and Monday’s On On bar still required. Permission will be sought to use the Barrapa club location as an A site for the main run.
• After recent events, it was agreed that dogs would not be permitted on baht buses travelling to and from runs.
• DL suggested that at this time of year consideration should be made by the hares with regard to the time it gets dark and the length of runs. SP to communicate directly with hares on this matter.
• Crap Thai offered thanks to the Rags shirt designer, Burley Chassis for some outstanding work, and to the Rags team for their efforts too.
• 2023 Committee. Nominations were accepted for next years’ executive committee. GM – The Wizard, Bookie – Pussy Snatcher, Webmaster – Pussy Snatcher, Hash Cash – YMCA, Sign Ups – Mount Me, Hare Raiser – Sperm Polluter, Awards – Shit Lips, Brew Master – VV, Rags – Something Stupid, Raffle – Fleece Lifter, RA – Scar, RA – Emperor Airhead, Virgin Stimulator – Happy Survivor. Further nominations will be accepted until Monday Jan 2nd 2023, 18.00 hrs. the election of the committee will take place at the January MMM. It was agreed that efforts should be made to find deputies for all positions.
