Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: We experienced another steady month, with an overall increase in cash and assets, despite writing off over 4000 baht of rags stock (cotton white shirts). The year showed an overall increase too, as expected, but with considerable expenses forthcoming our excess cash will be diminished. All in all, a very healthy situation, with nothing to be concerned about.

Webmaster Report: Little to report, the website is in excellent shape and run reports are being published quicker than ever. Congratulations to the Web team.

Brew Master Report: No issues to report; beer consumption has been high but in line with the increased number of sign ups that we have experienced recently. There was another brief discussion ref the transportation of tables to and from A sites.

Hare Raiser Report: The Hare line is in good shape, with only one spot in March still available.

Rags Report: Sales remain consistently high, meaning that there is a constant requirement for new designs and new stock. TW presented two new designs, which were approved, and 30 new shirts will be ordered immediately to replenish stocks. Any suggestions for design ideas for new shirts are welcome; please contact TW.

On-on Bars Report: No issues to report, attendances are good and our hosts are happy. A reminder to all to settle bins before departing the On On bar as there have been a couple of occasions when this has not happened in the last few weeks.

Upcoming Special Runs: French Connection (16 Jan), hares are supplying food, 4 free hares and 7 credits approved. Birthday Run (23 Jan) hares are providing food, 3 free hares approved. AGPU (30 Jan) – a free BBQ to be provided (thanks to VV for cooking).

Other Business:
• The committee for 2023 were formally appointed. Many thanks to all who give their time and efforts to ensure that week after week PH3 provides an exceptional experience for all. (See addendum for full committee details).
• PS informed us that registrations for the 2000th run would soon be able to go live - testing was currently underway.
• Debbie, from Nicky’s, informed us that the collection for Take Care Kids had reached the total of 99,133 b for the year (our contribution is a part of the total), and that representatives from the organisation were expected to be in Nicky’s on Monday evening, when we should also be in attendance.
• Mountain Flower offered the use of her truck for transporting equipment to and from A sites when required. Many thanks for that.
• VV reported that the expected cost of next weeks beach social, catering for approx. 100, would be in the region of 22-23,000 b. Thanks to VV for undertaking all the extra work that comes with the beach social.
• PS suggested that it was time for an upgrade to our Hash Flash camera; agreed in principle, and he will research a suitable model for our needs and report back at the next meeting.
• GGG enquired as to whether hares from differing clubs all worked to the same conditions – we were unable to comment on other clubs’ practices.
• Paprika Smiley informed us that Feb 27th run would be a ‘Happe Coat’ run, where the decommissioned white t-shirts from rags would be out to use.
• TW commented on the high quality of work undertaken by the committee in all areas; the club runs so smoothly down to the efforts of the committee and other volunteers. Long may it continue.
