Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Despite extraordinary expenses of c 30,000 baht in January (Beach Social and free BBQ on AGPU) finances remain very healthy. A significant increase in cash being held is accounted for by 2000th Run registration fees.

Webmaster Report: Little to be said, the website is in excellent shape and updated immediately as required. Congratulations to the web team for their outstanding work.

Brew Master Report:
• Beer consumption is proportionate despite our high sign ups over the month. VV reported that the truck will require taxing and 2 new front tyres next month – this precipitated a conversation regarding consideration of the beer trucks life expectancy and whether it would be prudent to consider upgrading before the possibility of a catastrophic breakdown. No decision made, but the opinion is that the beer truck is well maintained and serviced, so no imminent action required.
• VV requested and was granted an increase of 5,000 baht to the cash he holds for beer purchases etc.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line up to the end of March has been full for some time, but now April is open and there are several opportunities for hares to volunteer.

Rags Report: We have noted remarkable shirt sales lately, due to popular designs and great salesmanship from Something Stupid; stock is fairly low but two new designs have been submitted for production.

On-on Bars Report: There has been some very positive feedback recently and attendances have been extremely high; no issues at all.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Valentine’s Day Run – SP to procure 40 roses, VV to provide PAYG BBQ.
• Slovenian Run – the hares will provide food and a request for 6 credits and 4 free runs was approved.
• LCF memorial run – Tampax is now unable to hare so currently only Antiques listed as hare, But WW and SWK volunteered to assist.
• St Patrick’s Day Run – the hares will provide food and extra alcohol, request for 6 credits and 4 free runs approved.

Other Business:
• YMCA enquired about the camera upgrade discussed last month – PS will purchase a new Olympus TG6 and a carry case. SW who uses the current camera regularly has reported a recent malfunction on the shutter release button.
• WW reminded everyone about his forthcoming 30km walk for Take Care Kids and provided sponsorship forms. The walk will take place on Valentine’s Day and he would appreciate hashers joining him for sections of the walk or lunch (full details on our FB page)
• PS proposed that if the scribe report has not been received by the time of the next run, that the free run allocated to the scribe be timed out. Agreed unanimously.
• 2000th Run: the MM committee agreed the following proposals from the sub-committee:
• Hustler’s to be used as a venue for sign ups and base for bar hops on Friday. No organised bar hop will be planned but hashers encouraged to venture out in groups armed with a map and locations of Hash friendly bars. Banners for the hash friendly bars to be produced and displayed (with agreement of bars).
• SP to negotiate with High Rollers as venue for Red Dress Run (beer prices considered to be too high currently).
• Contents of goody bag (sourced by Burley Chassis) to include an embroidered patch, silicone wrist band, can cooler, key fob and carry bag – all with our 2000th run logo – current quote per goody bag c 124 baht. Excess items will be ordered for sale on rags, which will offset some of the cost of the gifts. TW and BC to order all goods.
• Shirt design for the run approved, and will be posted on the web site to encourage additional sales.
• Tri fold leaflet to be produced (by TW) containing itinerary for the weekend and previously mentioned map at cost of approx. 14 baht per item.
• TW is producing laminated name tags for all sign ups which will be attached to the goody bags for distribution.
