Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Finances remain in very good shape with no concerns. A significant expense this month was renewing the domain name for our website – just under 11,000b for a period of 9 years renewal. Crap Thai has volunteered to look after the accounts in the expected short-term absence of Pussy Snatcher in the near future.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report; the website is in excellent shape and updated in a timely fashion.

Brew Master Report: The beer truck passed its recent inspection with no problems, but before VV departs for his break to Belgium he will have a minor service carried out. No other issues to report.

Hare Raiser Report: Currently, other than for the 2000th run there are no hares for May or June. A concern is the number of occasions that we have multiple hares that impacts on our ability to attract hares for non-special or themed runs. A case in point is the upcoming St Georges Day Run, with 6 hares listed. The Wizard withdrew from haring this run and volunteered to hare the following run instead. The hare raiser has been provided with a list of members who have not hared in the last calendar year to assist him in recruiting hares in the near future.

Rags Report: SS reported that the volunteers who stood in for him during a recent absence did very well. Rags sales remain high with another run of the Beer hunter’s Shirt being extremely popular. Great work by all concerned.

On-on Bars Report: No issues to report, all parties are happy. A recent problem with a lack of beer buckets in Hustlers has been successfully addressed.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Songkran Run – 6 hare credits and 4 free runs previously agreed, hares providing food.
• St Georges Day Run – request for 4 free runs and maximum 6 credits approved, hares are providing food.

Other Business:
• 2000th run update: agreement reached for the following proposals: All those currently on the waitlist to be given the opportunity to register, to bring forward all timings on Monday 26th by one hour (last bus departs at 14.00 hrs, first circle at 15.00 hrs etc) to ensure sufficient time for 220-250 sign ups.
• The goody bags are almost complete, only the trifold pamphlet remains to be done, and now that a venue for Sunday’s event (The Rendezvous Resort) has been found this can be completed.
• VV told us he will be away from 17/5 until 10/6 missing 3 runs. DL has agreed to drive the beer truck in this period.
