Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Finances are very healthy, no issues; In the absence of PS, Crap Thai has undertaken weekly accounting, thank you Crap Thai.

Webmaster Report: As usual the website is in first class condition; great job being done by the web team.

Brew Master Report: The truck will be in good shape to hand over to DL when VV has to return to Belgium later this month; Two Time will order drinks and ice whilst VV is away. No other issues.

Hare Raiser Report: There are lots of opportunities for haring over the next few months, it was agreed that as a committee we all need to encourage other members to hare, and to try and avoid the use of multiple hares on a run, when it is not necessary. (Subsequent to the meeting several vacancies were filled).

Rags Report: Rags has been doing exceptionally well in recent months, with a turn over of over 120,000b in the last 6 months (a small part of which is profit). New shirt designs and great salesmanship contributing to the success. Much appreciation shown to Burley Chassis and Something Stupid for their efforts.

On-on Bars Report: All parties are happy, no issues.

Upcoming Special Runs: Nil this month, however the Betty Boop Run (10/7) will be in Jomtien, permission was sought and given for Monta Burger Bar in Rhompho Market to be used as the On On Bar

Other Business:
• 2000th Run: preparations are progressing well. Areas for action are: – finding hares for the Sunday Run; TW and VV to visit Rendezvous next week to confirm plans for food and water; policy on late transfer of registrations – it was agreed that late transfers of registration that incur a discrepancy in fees will be permitted with the responsibility of balancing the fees upon the new registration; the Red Dress Run – whilst we cant prevent non registered people from attending, as we are in public venues, this is not to be encouraged, but if anyone does attend in these circumstances they will be expected to make a contribution the charity fund – a comprehensive list of tasks and volunteers to fulfil these roles over the whole weekend was discussed, only a few areas still to be covered.
• AVH hole requested new Beer police shirts be ordered, agreed.
• DL asked for reiteration in the circle, that smoking is not permitted on the baht buses travelling to and from Hash.
