Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: The club remains financially healthy, showing a small cash surplus most weeks. There is sufficient cash to meet all expected expenses associated with the 2000th run weekend events. Extra space on Google Drive was purchased at a nominal cost which will be renewed annually.

Webmaster Report: Work carries on behind the scenes to ensure the excellent condition of our website. No issues to report.

Brew Master Report: VV, via emial, reported that 1300 b had been spent on minor servicing for the truck before his departure. DL reported that there no other concerns.

Hare Raiser Report: Condition Green for the hareline, vacancies for the 24 July and a couple of dates in August. There was a discussion on the merits of experienced hares encouraging inexperienced hares to accompany them to ultimately broaden the circle of hares that we can call upon.

Rags Report: Despite a relative slow down in sales over the last 2 weeks, Rags continues to perform well. Significant stock has been ordered to meet the expected demand on 2000th Run.

On-on Bars Report: No issues, though an expected decrease in numbers has been observed as low season is upon us.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• US Independence Day Run – confirmation of plans still required from hares.
• Betty Boop Run – all matters in hand, no problems anticipated.

Other Business: 2000th Run A detailed itinerary and breakdown of volunteers to perform particular tasks was discussed and agreed upon (see attached Excel doc). In addition, a work party was organised to prepare the A site which has been neglected recently. Having passed deadlines for registration and shirt orders, the cancellation policy - no refunds as from now, transfer of registration to be conducted between 3rd parties only to be done with our knowledge – was confirmed.
