Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: The net cost to the club for hosting the 2000th run celebration weekend was approximately 17,800 baht which was considerably less than anticipated. In addition, we donated over 24,000 to Take Care Kids and have 200 wristbands (distributed to Nicky’s and direct to the foundation) that will continue to raise funds for them. Overall, the club remains in a very healthy financial position with an increase in cash and assets since the last meeting.

Webmaster Report: There are continual upgrades taking place behind the scenes, recent developments include the addition of a special events page and numerical markings on all photos posted. The website is in excellent shape.

Brew Master Report: No issues with the truck. Average drink consumption on run 2000 was a little lower than expected, resulting in approx. 14,000 of stock held over for the next run. No other issues.

Hare Raiser Report: September hare line now open, still a vacancy for July 24, the hare raiser will make an appeal for hares on Fbook. No other concerns.

Rags Report: A written report was submitted, detailing the number of shirts sold over a recent period, and highlighting the sale of 69 shirts on run 2000. Despite this excellent effort it was felt that more shirts could have been sold, if it were not for other shirts being distributed on the day. An excellent effort from all the Rags team. A strategy for disposal of remaining memorabilia from run 2000 will be formulated in the coming weeks.

On-on Bars Report: No issues were reported, but a reminder to all; if you indicate that you will attend the On On bar, please remember that food will be prepared for you there, it’s not a good practice to not attend or leave before food is served.

Upcoming Special Runs: Betty Boop – request for 6 hare’s credits, approved. TW to procure prizes (1000b max) for best male/female costumes on the day, plenty of parking spaces around, but no other vehicles than the beer truck on the actual A site.

Other Business:
• 2000th run debrief: Hard work by many on the sub-committee ensured the success of the whole weekend. Only positive feedback received, a lot of fun was had by all. Special mentions for the quality of the trails and the food on Monday, and recognition given to all those that helped behind the scenes, including those that went out to clear the A site and the drivers of the supplementary trucks that were hired, for their considerable help on the day.
• 40 th Birthday celebration – date confirmed as January 8 th 2024. No further discussion on itinerary at this stage.
• PS – reminder to all not to rinse towels etc in the eskies, some new signs will be produced and a statement made in the circle.
• TW – suggested planning for another Booze cruise and BBQ party (not at the beach). Dates for both and a venue for the BBQ will be established in due course.
• After a general discussion initiated by the concerns of several members, it was felt necessary to reinforce the fact to the membership that there are no circumstances under which any individual/s should profit from selling non PH3 goods at any of our runs/events.
