Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: There has a been a small decrease in cash and assets since last month, accounted for in the main by the Betty Boop run that attracted significantly less sign-up fees as many hashers ran for free. No concerns.

Webmaster Report: The web site is completely up to date and working well; there is constant work going on the background to ensure this state of affairs. Recent improvements to the functionality of the site include the addition of hyperlinks allowing easier access to run reports.

Brew Master Report: Some of the light rigging for the truck is broken and in need of extensive repair or replacement, and VV will look to source new LED lights. In addition, the false floor of the truck is damaged and will need to be replaced soon, as will the two banners. VV will take care of these issues. Beer consumption is appropriate and there is currently a good stock in hand.

Hare Raiser Report: Condition Orange – hares required for Aug 21st, but after this date there are no immediate concerns. It was suggested that in future years, qualification for a free run on Veterans Day should include having hared at least one run. Further discussion on this next month.

Rags Report: Sales are understandably slowing down and are more erratic in low season, but stock is still moving. There is still a considerable amount of merchandise from the 2000 th run, after a discussion it was agreed that selling it will prove tricky, so we will start to give it away A) to virgins and B) in conjunction with other Rag sales, at the discretion of the GM and Rags Master.

On-on Bars Report: Attendance at our bars is appropriate for the number of sign-ups, although recently there have been fewer attending than indicating they will, this can result in the bars preparing an excess of food, so this practice should be discouraged.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• 4 September: The Veterans Run – a free BBQ will be put on in lieu of free gifts this year.
• 11 September: Something Stupid Birthday Run, food sponsored by the hares.
• 16 October: The Octoberfest, agreement to use an alternative On On bar as we have done for several years.

Other Business:
• 40 th Birthday: no sub-committee required – agreed itinerary in principle: Fri evening, Lunar run (Jomtien) Saturday – no event (PJH3 run day) Sunday, pool party darkside (venue to be established). Monday, run from A site at the BMX stadium, hares required. An email from an unknown source (secret hare) volunteering to hare on this occasion, even though this person states they have not attended PH3 for over 10 years, was dismissed. Hopefully registration process and commemorative shirt design will be in place by the next MMM, so that we can open up for registrations.
• Banned member: the decision taken by the GM to exclude SKBC from PH3 events after the Betty Boop Run for a period of two years was ratified unanimously by the committee. His return after that period will be dependant on a written apology and assurances about his future conduct.
• TW proposed that Pussy Snatcher become fee exempt whilst he is the Webmaster on the basis of the very high number of hours of work that he carries out every week at home to maintain and update the website; carried unanimously.
• A reminder to all that smoking – and vaping - are not permitted on our baht buses. It was asked whether Wild Wolf shirts were legitimate hash shirts that can be worn in the second circle, it was agreed that they did qualify many months ago.
